Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degrees or above in fields including Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering in Quantitative Finance or other industries
  • Strong Programming skills (e.g., Python) and solid understanding of Software Development Life cycle principles
  • Able to document and verbally explain the intuition and details behind testing methodologies clearly
  • Knowledge of financial services industry and related regulations
  • Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience implementing process improvements and automation
