About the role

  • Obtaining your Securities Industry licenses
  • Receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams
  • Taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor
  • Help deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and approach to client care
  • Equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development
  • Build and deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaking
