About the role

  • Curate and communicate key wins, performance highlights, and strategic outcomes that demonstrate the value and impact of the Resource Planning and Optimization team
  • Lead the development of the executive-ready presentations for senior leadership forums, ideation sessions, and routine business updates
  • Design and tailor storytelling content for executives and associate audiences, including townhalls, segment communications, site visits and other key forums
  • Maintain a repository of accomplishments, insights, and metrics that support visibility, recognition, and strategic planning
  • Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes.
  • Drive collaboration with internal partners to source, validate, and elevate stories of success and transformation
  • Engage with key stakeholders, partners and business leadership to deliver on business objectives through critical forums
  • Enable leadership with proactive insights and solutions. Serve as a trusted partner to leaders by providing data driven recommendations anticipating obstacles, and offering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and position the business for sustainable growth
  • Support operational execution strategies such as leadership meeting planning, staffing alignment, site visit strategy and coordination, and rhythm of business reviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing business support or operational functions, with demonstrated ability to streamline processes and drive execution against strategic objectives for a large client facing organization
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, shifting priorities, and strict deadlines
  • Proven experience building professional senior executive presentations and communications (written/verbal) using PowerPoint or other visual storytelling tools
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills which include pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Advance skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to interpret business trends and inform decision making which includes experience using Tableau
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders and cross functional partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor message for various audiences
  • Attention to detail in tracking tasks related to compliance, attestations, and control routines
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools and systems such as MyTech, Concur and control self assessments
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple business partners.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills as well as ability to work with and lead teams virtually
