About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Performs complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience.
  • Utilizes a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies and ensure goals are met.
  • Evaluates data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
  • Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions
  • Defines, gathers, analyzes, and interprets data using applications and technologies to forecast future trends and communicates to leaders and partners the statistical analysis results and predictions.
  • Coordinates the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have current Credit Assistance experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with 3+ years’ experience of driving business results
  • Intellectually curious with a mind for innovation and proven ability to execute objectives in a data driven environment
  • The ability to grasp new concepts and collaborate across different teams/business units in order to drive change
  • Goal oriented individual who maintains their composure in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • A proven ability to quickly and accurately condense robust and complex data from various sources into meaningful information to drive strategic change across different portfolios
  • An individual who can demonstrate an aptitude to design and implement a test-and-learn approach to manage our company’s exposure to risk
  • Skilled with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) and SQL
  • Proficient at written and oral communication, including presentation skills.
