About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
  • Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
  • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives

  • Working closely and effectively with Credit Assistance leadership and stakeholder partners
  • Assist with coaching employees to meet production targets, enhance efficiency, and deliver high-quality interactions while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Provide performance and process execution feedback to employees across various teams
  • Comply with regulations, Bank procedures, ethical/integrity expectations, and financial/reporting controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated record of consistent high performance and achievement of business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and support cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience leading projects and/or strategic initiatives with minimal direction and oversight.
  • Subject matter expertise in multiple business functions (e.g., Estate, Insurance, Recovery, Remarketing, or related operational areas).
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Persistence and commitment to driving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
