About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparing and reviewing documentation in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 + years of experience in mortgage operations, construction lending, commercial lending, or related financial services roles
- Strong knowledge of mortgage closing documents, closing disclosures, and fees requirements
- Experience working in a production-based environment
- Knowledge reviewing financial/legal documentation, contracts, or underwriting packages
- Proficiency with mortgage systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field (desired qualification)
