About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparing and reviewing documentation in accordance with bank's policies and procedures
- Facilitating closings with the client and ensuring lien perfection
- Working on highly complex documentation and supporting Loan Administrators
- Assisting the Market Leader in directing workflow and performing quality assurance
- Managing highly complex loan documentation while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Reviewing loan files, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and resolving issues
- Validating supporting documentation and ensuring closing disclosure and loan document packages are prepared accurately
- Supporting daily production goals, pipeline management, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 + years of experience in mortgage operations, construction lending, commercial lending, or related financial services roles
- Strong knowledge of mortgage closing documents, closing disclosures, and fees requirements
- Experience working in a production-based environment
- Knowledge reviewing financial/legal documentation, contracts, or underwriting packages
- Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Fulfillment, title/escrow, builders, and clients in a regulated lending environment
- Proficiency with mortgage systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
