About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 + years of experience in mortgage operations, construction lending, commercial lending, or related financial services roles
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage closing documents, closing disclosures, and fees requirements
  • Experience working in a production-based environment
  • Knowledge reviewing financial/legal documentation, contracts, or underwriting packages
  • Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Fulfillment, title/escrow, builders, and clients in a regulated lending environment
  • Proficiency with mortgage systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
