About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients
- Help uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients
- Offer appropriate solutions and connect clients to specialists
- Deepen client relationships through platform services
- Support clients with self-service or transactional activities
- Provide exceptional client care
- Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow-up routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives
- Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances
- Is a commissioned notary or can successfully obtain a notary commission in the state you work within a few months of start date in role
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or a related field (Desired Qualification)
