About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing corporate and transactional attorney
- Active license to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia
- Extensive experience advising corporations on the structuring and documentation of transactions involving complex issues
- Self-starter with limited oversight capability
- Experience advising on Corporate M&A, private equity, strategic investments, or consortium transactions
- Ability to field issues across diverse legal subjects
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Fast-paced and collaborative environment experience
- Confidence in risk managed decision making and judgment
