Requirements
What you’ll need- Active member in good standing of at least one state bar or the District of Columbia with at least five years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate as both legal advisor and process partner
- Strong judgment, analytical ability, and comfort advising on novel or ambiguous issues
- Strong client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across functions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven record of accountability, teamwork, cooperation, and professional problem-solving
