AI Infrastructure Services Production Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage commercial software licenses and procurement processes for AI Infrastructure products.
- Partner with CIO application teams to manage hardware and software demand forecasts.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI infrastructure products and services, from strategy to execution.
- Drive financial accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, chargebacks, and benchmarking.
- Lead vendor negotiations, manage contracts, and mitigate vendor risk in collaboration with procurement and vendor management.
- Partner with engineering and vendor teams to deliver innovative solutions and manage technical development activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five years’ experience managing software lifecycles and licensing.
- Five years’ experience driving business-side technology initiatives: application requirements gathering, roadmap development, and financial management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI solutions (e.g., NVIDIA, Red Hat, Posit, MathWorks).
- Negotiating large-scale software agreements and managing vendor relationships.
- Building product level business cases for technology investments.
- Present technical and financial insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Leading executive briefings with vendors and internal stakeholders.
