About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for maintaining the bank’s HR organizational & role structures
Lead governance of the DIM ecosystem, ensuring disciplined change management
Proactively identify and manage upstream dependencies and downstream impacts to protect data quality and reporting accuracy
Create strategic reporting solutions and monthly reports/dashboards
Develop and enhance data management tools, queries, and processes including automation of data mining and analytics supporting HR reporting
Evolve current analytical framework to support stakeholders in identifying new or emerging risks from HR data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2+ years of experience with data and analytics tools such as MicroStrategy and Alteryx
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, filtering, and lookups)
Strong attention to detail with hands-on experience maintaining or updating large-scale datasets or systems
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
Strong performance consulting skills, including the ability to identify gaps and diagnose issues through effective questioning
