About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for maintaining the bank’s HR organizational & role structures
  • Lead governance of the DIM ecosystem, ensuring disciplined change management
  • Proactively identify and manage upstream dependencies and downstream impacts to protect data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Create strategic reporting solutions and monthly reports/dashboards
  • Develop and enhance data management tools, queries, and processes including automation of data mining and analytics supporting HR reporting
  • Evolve current analytical framework to support stakeholders in identifying new or emerging risks from HR data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with data and analytics tools such as MicroStrategy and Alteryx
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, filtering, and lookups)
  • Strong attention to detail with hands-on experience maintaining or updating large-scale datasets or systems
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Strong performance consulting skills, including the ability to identify gaps and diagnose issues through effective questioning
