About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions as needed
- Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
- Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
- Drive the client experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Passion for improving clients' financial lives
- Confidence in identifying solutions for clients
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time and capacity effectively
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions preferred
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Six months of cash handling experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant business-related Associate’s Degree preferred
