Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions as needed
  • Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
  • Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Passion for improving clients' financial lives
  • Confidence in identifying solutions for clients
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time and capacity effectively
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions preferred
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Six months of cash handling experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant business-related Associate’s Degree preferred
