About the role
- This job is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s).
- Key responsibilities include strategically advising upon the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies.
- Manage medium-large projects to support DIIVO (Document Imaging , Indexing and Vault Operations) document automation efforts.
- To expand operational excellence, DIIVO is building series of new state-of-the-art straight through processing automation solutions using generative AI/Deep Learning to develop an intelligent horizontal capability for document classification and data extraction for incoming correspondence across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Data Analyst, or similar role, in financial services industry.
- Analytical & complex problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile SDLC.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (External Links, V-Lookups & Pivot Tables) or data mining tools like SQL/TOAD.
- Experience working in matrix environment.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills; ability to communicate with different audiences (including executives), and lead “horizontally.”
- Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it.
- Demonstrates commitment to excellence by anticipating needs, identifying and mitigating risks, and minimizing potential problems.
- Must be adaptable and have experience working in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and priorities at once.
