About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Application Production Support services for various Corporate Security applications
Closely collaborate with global support teams as well as with development and business partners.
Ensure risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards relevant to the role are met.
Manage relationships with senior business and technology partners.
Sets KPI's for the team to follow.
Makes decisions about technology that will increase or deliver business values.
Ability to identify solutions for complex problems in infrastructure and application technologies to improve production stability.
Extensive experience with providing hands-on production support
Very good understanding of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change Management lifecycles
Ability to lead teams through APSE transformation initiatives such as AI, Erica, Telemetry, SRE
Hands-on experience on a tool like Cutover is a big plus

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of hands-on experience with strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning/AI, PowerShell, SharePoint development, and Linux/Windows operating systems and Windows Tool set
3+ years of experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including Remedy, Change Management, and Problem Management processes
Working knowledge of SQL, Autosys, and query execution to support effective issue triage and root cause analysis
Foundational understanding of vaulting, RISE deliverables, Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, and automation practices
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Dynatrace, Splunk, and SiteScope, for incident debugging and root cause analysis
Strong expertise in log analysis and application performance troubleshooting
Familiarity with key enterprise platforms such as CPT, ARM, Btconverge, MyTechnology, ART, AppviewX, and similar applications
Proven leadership capability with the ability to drive team outcomes and maintain effective communication with CIO leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders
Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolset
Experience in logging, monitoring, and end-to-end troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ownership mindset, with a high level of accountability and commitment to delivering results
Proven ability to identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
