Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives
Serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives
Communicating and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of project management experience
Knowledge of structured project management methods
Knowledge of Bank's Enterprise Change Policy & Standards
Track record of delivering programs to plan and on budget
Ability to assess an ill-defined problem and propose the tasks & deliverables that will be necessary to achieve the desired outcome
Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at different levels
Proficient with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
