About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the branch pipeline
- Supporting Wealth Management Lending Officers and Lending Client Advocates
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Contributing to team productivity, coaching, and process improvement
- Serving as a central liaison between clients, financial advisors, and teams to deliver an exceptional lending experience
- Monitoring and managing loan pipelines for timely and accurate processing
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and escalations
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to support WMLO’s and maintain client engagement
- Reviewing lending pipelines to identify documentation gaps and proactively resolving them
- Partnering with Lending Client Delivery Managers on client escalations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- 5+ years in mortgage lending operations, mortgage lending credit administration, or mortgage lending client support
- Mortgage Lending Credit and Risk Assessment
- Customer and Client Focus
- Attention to Detail
- Collaboration with Partners, Leadership and Relationship Building
- Strong Oral and Written Communication
- Effective Problem Solving and Prioritization
- Detailed Regulatory Compliance Knowledge
- Mortgage Loan Structuring
- NMLS License required for this role (ECR regulated status as well)
