About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary interface to Treasury clients
Lead, direct, and coordinate the implementation of highly complex treasury products
Provide relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners and vendors
Facilitate internal and external client calls for successful implementation
Troubleshoot and respond to internal client team requests for resolution
Engage key stakeholders for awareness throughout the implementation process
Develop working relationships with clients; primary point of contact for implementation questions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1+ years of banking/financial industry experience
Presentable, confident and client focused
Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with clients
Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
Ability to liaise with all levels and people with different experiences and backgrounds
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products
