- Manage a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis.
- Operate as a business owner and foster a team environment.
- Instill an effective client-centric and risk culture in the center.
- Develop talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates and onboarding.
- Manage client traffic, engage and appropriately route clients, and foster client retention.
- Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
- Create a world class client experience environment.
- Manage market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders and drive operational excellence.
- Engage employees on business strategy and manage organizational priorities and execution.
- Perform managerial responsibilities including inclusion, process & data, communication, risk management, coaching, financial stewardship, and talent leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- Experience managing a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis (no specific years stated).
- Ability to develop talent, proactively source candidates, and recruit associates.
- Ability to manage client traffic, engage and route clients, and foster client retention.
- Experience managing business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
- Knowledge of operational excellence, risk management, and escalation of potential risks.
- Ability to execute market-level initiatives and manage organizational priorities.
- Willingness to train at one financial center and potentially move to another location within reasonable commuting distance.
