About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses
  • You will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor
  • Help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care
  • Once successful, you will typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
  • Bilingual Mandarin Preferred
