About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses
You will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor
Help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care
Once successful, you will typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II
Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
Bilingual Mandarin Preferred
