About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for significant contributions to the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs, products, and processes
- Identify risks and opportunities and defining and delivering strategic solutions
- Support the end-to-end migration program from Resource Central to Seismic
- Drive cross-functional coordination across marketing, field enablement, product, line of business partners, and technology teams
- Track progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in program or project management
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in marketing, content management digital platforms, or advisor enablement (wealth management a plus)
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, complex environment
