Responsible for managing a large portfolio of critical Non Bank Financial Institution Clients
Leads all aspects of the treasury management relationship for a complex portfolio
Drives responsible growth by originating new client relationships
Owns revenue, balance, and profitability outcomes for a dedicated client portfolio
Maintains deep client focus supported by strong industry expertise
Leads, coaches, and develops Treasury Sales Analysts
Serves as a digital ambassador for mobile, digital, and real time payments
Leads strategic, consultative dialogues with senior client stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in banking, treasury and/or financial services
Ability to travel up to 50% of time
Demonstrated track record of direct, comprehensive treasury management sales experience
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and clearly articulate payment flows and associated risks
Strong relationship building capability
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Sound judgment in balancing client objectives and bank’s risk and control framework
Broad and deep knowledge of global treasury management products and services
Strong executive presence and capability to lead C suite level discussions
