Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture
Proven track record building enterprise-scale solutions within financial services or regulated environments
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic architectures
Strong understanding of client servicing and/or money movement processes (e.g., payments, transfers, ACH, wires)
Experience designing AI-driven workflow automation or digital assistants
Knowledge of risk, compliance, and fraud detection in financial transactions
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, RASA, or similar
Demonstrated success taking AI solutions from POC to production scale
