About the role
- Lead a team of senior security engineers to define and deliver automated credential management solutions at enterprise scale
- Hands-on delivery of enterprise security solutions and lead a small technical team
- Drive project and team deliverables and strictly adhere to project timelines
- Confirm application and business requirements are translated into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks
- Facilitate deployment of tools/services by leading solution development, maintaining templates, playbooks and automation
- Perform design and code reviews to ensure security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability
- Develop and maintain IaC-based solutions leveraging Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, Git
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS
- Automate deployment processes and monitoring of infrastructure; conduct proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on processes and configurations and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
- Mentor Infrastructure resources and promote an inclusive and healthy working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience with credential vaulting products such as: CyberArk, Centrify, HashiCorp Secrets Vault
- Proficiency in deploying and maintaining these solutions at scale
- 10+ years of Information Technology experience
- 2+ years of experience leading a small team
- Demonstrated expert level of RHEL Linux, Microsoft OS and LDAP Directory administration
- Solid understanding and demonstrable expertise delivering automated IaC solutions at enterprise scale
- Solid understanding of infrastructure (hardware, network, storage)
- Demonstrated expertise of scripting via common solutions such as python and powershell
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and associated toolset (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with executive leadership
- Desired: Windows server administration, Active Directory implementation, extensive identity troubleshooting experience, software patching and upgrade expertise at scale
