About the role
- Consult with small business clients to understand priorities and provide payment processing solutions
- Partner 1:1 with assigned small business specialists, financial centers, and internal partners
- Prospect existing clients and develop a sales pipeline for merchant services opportunities
- Recommend solutions focused on complex merchant payment processing opportunities
- Drive toward sales and revenue goals while balancing operational excellence, risk management, and client experience
- Build relationships and collaborate with internal partners as subject matter expert on pricing, software, gateways, and security
- Establish relationships with associations, centers of influence, and vendor partners
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to Service Level Agreements

- 2+ years of sales experience

- Experience with credit documentation and interpreting relevant laws, rules, and regulations
