Key responsibilities & impact

Managing multiple operations segments or divisions for a site, region, product line, or business group within the bank's internal operations
Resolving broad operational issues, ensuring compliance with policies
Leading implementation of opportunities to improve process performance and operating efficiency
Coordinating activities and processes with Lines of Business and other operations segments to set strategic direction and promote ideas
Managing two or more levels of managers
Assessing performance data, addressing skills and process gaps to enable consistent Digital First execution, strengthen teammate capability and improve delivery of client offers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive experience in financial services operations, performance strategy, or client enablement roles
5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi-layered teams
Demonstrated experience directing performance strategy across client-facing operations
Proven ability to assess performance data and address skill and process gaps
Experience enabling Digital First execution and solution-based client engagement
Strong partnership experience with Training, Risk, and Business Control teams
Strong track record leading teams that define, manage, and analyze KPIs and performance metrics, including growth performance, call quality, offer effectiveness, execution risk
Excellent communication skills: ability to brief executives on performance trends, key risks, priorities, and recommended actions, backed by data and a clear narrative.
