About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- identifying and developing new client relationships with healthcare professionals
- direct calling and networking efforts
- developing referral business through intermediaries (consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, and realtors)
- analyzing client financials and product needs
- implementing appropriate sales strategies to achieve production goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of Practice Solutions sales or 3+ years of healthcare industry sales and/or healthcare specific financing
- Can analyze financial conditions of clients, healthcare industry trends, and understand cashflow analysis
- Ability to demonstrate examples of creating new relationships/partnerships and deepening current client relationships
- Self-Motivated and proven success of exceeding goals
- Strong desire to create/retain business with referral sources.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance or economics
- Formal credit/lending training/strong credit skills with a focus on Practice lending
- Proven business acumen by working with lending products and Small Businesses to provide solutions and services to fit their financial needs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to large groups of prospects, clients and/or partners.
