About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business priorities into high-impact Gen AI and agentic AI use cases
Define and manage the Gen AI use-case portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk, and scalability
Maintain hands-on familiarity with agentic workflows, orchestration patterns, and model capabilities
Partner with product, engineering, data, risk, and compliance teams to guide use cases from ideation through proof-of-concept, pilot, and production
Ensure Gen AI adoption aligns with enterprise standards for security, privacy, ethics, and regulatory compliance
Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption through clear communication, success metrics, and continuous feedback loops

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of job related experience required
Proven experience leading large-scale technology or AI-driven transformation initiatives
Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence at C-suite and senior leadership levels
Deep understanding of GenAI and agentic AI concepts (e.g., orchestration, autonomy, human-in-the-loop)
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science or related field
Excellent written and communication skills.
