- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines
- Manage financial center traffic and appointments effectively
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual Mandarin Required
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Effective collaboration to build and nurture relationships
- Passion and commitment to improving clients' financial lives
- Confidence in identifying solutions for clients
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Efficient time and capacity management
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
