About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports compensation program design through data analysis and benchmarking
Administers compensation processes in alignment with organizational guidelines
Prepares line of business compensation reporting and analysis throughout the year
Collaborates with senior consultants and managers to execute compensation strategies
Supports and advises on compensation related activities including but not limited to new hire offers, promotions, talent retention and year-end forecasting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of Compensation experience or successful performance in a role with strong analytical focus
Data/quantitative analysis experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have strong MS EXCEL skills (familiar with complex pivot tables, data filtering, lookups)
Demonstrate experience creating high impact presentations utilizing PowerPoint
Have a project/program management background and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Demonstrate a business-centric mindset
