About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver complex requirements to accomplish business goals
- Ensure software meets functional, non-functional and compliance requirements
- Mentor other software engineers on CI/CD practices
- Automate manual release activities
- Design and maintain automated test suites for testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience including mission-critical systems
- 7+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot building microservices
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience in engineering team
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka
- Solid experience with Oracle or similar RDBMS
- Knowledge of wire processing workflows
- Experience designing services using Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Expertise applying architectural and integration design patterns
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with automated quality gates
