Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage an extensive portfolio of HENFP clients with annual revenues of $50 million and above
  • Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting
  • Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates
  • Lead dialogue with complex clients regarding industry and business issues
  • Coach and mentor peers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years’ experience in commercial lending/corporate finance/relationship management
  • Management capability of an extensive portfolio of clients with revenues greater than $50 million
  • Proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution, and follow-up of client meetings
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
  • Financial modeling experience preferred
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading, and negotiating with a team of bank associates
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses must be obtained within 180 days of start date
