About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage an extensive portfolio of HENFP clients with annual revenues of $50 million and above
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting
- Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates
- Lead dialogue with complex clients regarding industry and business issues
- Coach and mentor peers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years’ experience in commercial lending/corporate finance/relationship management
- Management capability of an extensive portfolio of clients with revenues greater than $50 million
- Proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution, and follow-up of client meetings
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
- Financial modeling experience preferred
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading, and negotiating with a team of bank associates
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses must be obtained within 180 days of start date
