About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

maximize the value for one or more products
working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities
creating the vision and roadmap for the product
ensuring delivery of products that meet the expectations of our clients
defining the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog
articulating product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the development team
collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
creating and prioritizing work for one team
creating and prioritizing stories in the product backlog
refining stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints
reviewing and accepting stories and making on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements
working in partnership with the team to ensure optimum value is obtained through technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years relevant work experience with business and technology projects including process improvement/re-engineering and technology change efforts
Knowledge of project tools (JIRA experience preferred)
User Acceptance Testing experience
Experience with and knowledge of Agile project management methodology
Process design oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own product documentation
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and in Visio
Strong decision making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
Must be proficient in data management to include strong data analytic capability
Must have strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks
Enthusiastic, energetic, determined and positive – especially under pressure
Critical thinker and risk minded
