About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partnering with assigned Enterprise Bankers to provide the most appropriate lending solution to prospects and clients with revenues up to $50 Million
- Building a network of COIs in their assigned market to self-source lending opportunities and identify and develop new client relationships for the bank
- Maintaining and building a network of referral sources including internal and external partners, Real Estate Brokers, Community Development Corporations (CDCs), commercial referral sources, and prospect lists provided by marketing intelligence
- Identifying, marketing and educating on all loan products, including SBA options
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 years of experience in commercial banking and/or business lending
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals and develop new client relationships
- Experience providing financial solutions for small businesses, including SBA lending options
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence effectively
- Ability to identify and manage risk in alignment with organizational standards
