Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years applicable experience
Strong Production support back ground with exposure to Level two production support tasks.
Experience working with Oracle/ PL SQL, Unix/Linux, Autosys, JIL script, windows/networking basics.
Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change management
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship development skills
Exposure to working in Global team
