About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- leading the planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions
- providing and communicating technology solutions across audiences
- overseeing projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations
- leading the resolution process for problems
- adhering to defined practices and policies to obtain results
- establishing input/output processes and working parameters for systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years applicable experience
- Strong Production support back ground with exposure to Level two production support tasks.
- Experience working with Oracle/ PL SQL, Unix/Linux, Autosys, JIL script, windows/networking basics.
- Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change management
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship development skills
- Exposure to working in Global team
