Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of HR experience

- Proven track record in developing strategy and driving change
- Experience supporting technically complex and geographically dispersed groups of associates
- Experience managing in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Demonstrated ability as an enterprise/global thought leader
- Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence
- Superb relationship management skills
- Deep and broad business acumen with a strategic mindset
