About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $20 million
- Manage and deepen relationships with high-value clients
- Support growth of the profitability of the small business customer base
- Identify, develop, and drive results and acquire new client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and developing external referral sources
- Open core small business accounts while adhering to procedural guidelines
- Foster relationships with key partners to increase small business opportunities
- Coach, develop, guide, and deliver feedback to associates and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or business-to-business sales
- Demonstrated success improving business financial outcomes by interpreting financial statements and recommending specific levers
- Passionate about outside sales and enjoys spending time prospecting
- Motivated to enhance existing relationships and exceed sales goals
- Ability to analyze financial conditions of clients and industry trends
- Proficient in understanding and interpreting financial statements and cash flow analysis
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and other banking systems
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability
