Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $20 million
  • Manage and deepen relationships with high-value clients
  • Support growth of the profitability of the small business customer base
  • Identify, develop, and drive results and acquire new client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and developing external referral sources
  • Open core small business accounts while adhering to procedural guidelines
  • Foster relationships with key partners to increase small business opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or business-to-business sales
  • Demonstrated success improving business financial outcomes by interpreting financial statements and recommending specific levers
  • Passionate about outside sales and enjoys spending time prospecting
  • Motivated to enhance existing relationships and exceed sales goals
  • Ability to analyze financial conditions of clients and industry trends
  • Proficient in understanding and interpreting financial statements and cash flow analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and other banking systems
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability
