Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for oversight of executive protection teams and activities within a specific geographic region.
Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols.
Ensure safety and security of senior management team and bank events.
Manage health, safety, and physical security of all attendees at Bank of America–sponsored or hosted events.
Conduct detailed security surveys of all identified locations.
Continuous analysis and identification of potential threats across multiple intelligence and information platforms.
Close coordination with event planners, local law enforcement, and venue partners.

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security management role
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating with private security and law enforcement agencies.
Proven critical thinking under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated/self-starter.
Influencer – Must have the ability to interact and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions on appropriate security resources.
Solid Computer Skills – working with MS Office suite.
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to travel (domestic & international) as needed.
