Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in delivering business strategic initiatives
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead and facilitate meetings
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to assess risk vs. reward
  • Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
  • Solid experience in strategic thinking, critical analysis, project management, and planning
  • Organizationally savvy; skilled at navigating complex organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, teamwork, and strong partnerships
