Operations Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit.
- Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing.
- Assists with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
- Supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
- Provides guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
- Expands business products knowledge within operations environment
- Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates
- Inspects data to identify issues and trends
- Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of two years recent experience in a BAC financial center, with particular emphasis on operations management
- Must be able to fulfill role requirements without daily managerial oversight
- Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily self-directed activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Must be able to travel to any financial center within defined market(s); may need to travel to two different financial centers in the course of a single day
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, intense focus and attention to detail
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with partners regarding areas of opportunity identified
- Must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
- Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, or retail
