About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and service client segments and their next generations
  • Gather additional assets from existing client base
  • Coordinate technological support through the development of portfolio analysis and direct mail campaigns
  • Provide technical expertise in certain product areas (e.g. Corporate 401(k), Insurance)
  • Manage the team's business plan and practice financials
  • Track progress with quantifiable business and activity goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses
  • Must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Understanding of how to deliver a strong overall client experience
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management products and services
  • Proven ability to manage risk and make sound decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and root causes
  • Ability to influence through clear communication and collaboration
