About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
- Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
- Prioritizes and creates work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Owns and manages the product backlog, ensuring a continuous pipeline of well‑defined, prioritized Epics, Features, MBIs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
- Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of experience working in Agile environments
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner supporting complex, high‑volume digital platforms
- Strong expertise in Agile backlog ownership, refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness
- Proven ability to translate regulatory, control, and audit requirements into actionable product work
- Experience supporting mobile or customer‑facing digital channels in regulated environments
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform dependencies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, security, QA, compliance, and operations teams
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing issue triage, release coordination, and production stability concerns
- Team‑oriented mindset with ability to drive alignment across multiple delivery teams while managing competing priorities
- Skilled in documenting clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release‑level requirements
