Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Treasury Sales Officers, Client Officers, Associates, and Analysts
- Coordinate and direct treasury management sales activities
- Engage with complex Not-For-Profit Healthcare, Private Higher Education, and Not-For-Profit companies
- Proactively create impactful client/prospect events centered on industry trends
- Maintain client relationships and identify business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of Treasury Management/client facing experience
- Sales and client relationship experience
- Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills
- Proven negotiation and active listening skills
- Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills
- Strong business/financial acumen
- BS or BA in finance, accounting, management or other undergraduate degree
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional "CHFP" MBA and CTP preferred
