Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in commercial real estate credit
Significant exposure to Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or similar fields
Deep transactional experience with LIHTC deal structures and credit considerations
