About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams
- communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards
- ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
- identifying, assessing, and documenting risks across application support portfolios
- collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights, analyze potential impacts, and develop mitigation strategies
- maintaining a comprehensive risk register, facilitating risk review meetings, and providing clear reporting to leadership
- leading and coordinating routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
- managing coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- facilitating communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- providing status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- working with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- supporting resource planning for delivery and execution
- ensuring adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Delivering results through effective team management, structure, and routines
- Engaging with stakeholders to validate and assess risk impacts
- Maintaining and updating risk registers and dashboards
- Developing mitigation and remediation plans in collaboration with stakeholder teams
- Providing risk reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Performing QA on evidence and supporting materials
- Creating and maintaining process documentation to enable consistent process execution within the risk function
- Driving risk identification within the application portfolios
- Collaborating with other Risk partners on issues, risks, exams, and audits
- Coordinating Audit/Exam deliverables among matrixed teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Familiar with Technology concepts (Infrastructure and Applications)
- 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role supporting risk analysis and audits
- Experience in performing analysis using Excel.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.
- Possesses good knowledge of risk management approach, processes, tools, and routines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently with multiple stakeholders
