Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business
Defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners
Driving design and management for strategic initiatives that impact the Financial Center and ATM network
Managing the relationship for initiatives, many of which are owned or managed outside of FCAMS
Demonstrating strong process analysis skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Prioritizing multiple projects without direct management

What you’ll need

5+ years experience building strategic relationships with key business partners such as Technology and Enterprise Transaction Services to ensure financial center business initiatives are met
Strong business, operational, and procedural knowledge of a financial center
Leadership experience
Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously & work independently
Organized and professional with an ability to work with business partners to meet deadlines
