About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- leading the team responsible for identifying, evaluating and signing prospective clients for the Employee Banking and Investing Program
- engaging with corporate clients and senior executives across all lines of business to build relationships
- understanding and presenting program benefits
- managing contracts and coordinating approvals across Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams
- being the key liaison with executives to drive additional business and help present on the EBI business
- conducting client research and preparing for meetings to effectively present program benefits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in business development or client development roles
- Extensive knowledge of and network across corporate and/or commercial banking
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a portfolio of clients and drive engagement
- Proven track record in prospecting, relationship building, and closing successful transactions
- Strong professional sales skills, including strategic planning, execution, and follow-up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong executive presence and relationships across enterprise
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
