About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • leading the team responsible for identifying, evaluating and signing prospective clients for the Employee Banking and Investing Program
  • engaging with corporate clients and senior executives across all lines of business to build relationships
  • understanding and presenting program benefits
  • managing contracts and coordinating approvals across Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams
  • being the key liaison with executives to drive additional business and help present on the EBI business
  • conducting client research and preparing for meetings to effectively present program benefits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in business development or client development roles
  • Extensive knowledge of and network across corporate and/or commercial banking
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a portfolio of clients and drive engagement
  • Proven track record in prospecting, relationship building, and closing successful transactions
  • Strong professional sales skills, including strategic planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong executive presence and relationships across enterprise
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
