About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for design, analysis, execution and/or ongoing sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments
Provides support to senior team leader and partners with product(s) and channel(s) teams to drive execution and integrate delivery
Accountable for initiative support, coordination, robust analysis and communications
The CSC I will support the Specialized Consumer Client Solutions organization to drive responsible growth through collaborative business partnerships
Primary responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to, an in depth analysis, executive level report creation, process design and partner integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
Ability to lead and drive outcomes through influence rather than authority
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
