About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the GBS DevEx Evangelist
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption of DevOps tooling aligned with banking compliance and audit standards
- Partner with engineering teams to understand workflows and introduce compliant DevOps patterns
- Conduct onboarding, maturity assessments, workshops, and continuous training
- Act as the primary advisor for internal customers, gathering feedback and aligning roadmaps
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, Architecture, and CI/CD Platform teams
- Track adoption metrics, compliance adherence, and productivity improvements
- Drive cultural change toward automation, observability, and resilient delivery
- Support regulatory audits through documentation and standardized processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation / Post Graduation
- 20 Years + experience
- Strong understanding of DevOps, secure SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering
- Experience with enterprise DevOps tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Technical Program Management, or DevOps Adoption
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience of working in a data centric environment or enterprise solutions in large organizations.
