About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions
  • Conduct multiple software implementations with depth and breadth in several technical competencies
  • Align technical solutions to business objectives and ensure coding practices comply with standards
  • Guide the team on work breakdown and execution, working with the Product Owner on product backlog requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Mentor team members with skills and practices in planning and estimation, peer reviews, and engineering practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ yrs DevOps/DevSecOps/Release Engineering experience
  • Core DevSecOps & CI/CD knowledge
  • Proficiency in Jenkins, XLR, Merlin, Ant, and Ansible automation
  • Experience with multibranch pipelines, shared libraries, reusable templates
  • Knowledge of GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development, PR governance
  • Familiarity with security & quality tools like SonarQube, CodeScan
  • Experience in deployment expertise with MuleSoft, API Manager, and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in .NET, Oracle, SQL Server schema automation
  • Knowledge of cloud & infrastructure deployments, particularly AWS and Salesforce
